The Summer Hill Farm Homeowners

Association was formed in 2010 by AM & JW Holdings, the developer responsible for developing the Summer Hill Farm neighborhood in Advance, NC.

In December 2019 the management of the HOA was turned over to the homeowners. Below are your current HOA Representatives.
